Hope you like my response.
Chop off a thin but long piece of wood from a tree. Make sure theres no spikey bits so you cut yourself. Then paddle across on your body board.

You could swim or borrow wings from a bird or ask a friend to give you some rocket boots

To get to the other side of the river, I would freeze the river and then skate across it.

I love max’s idea of freezing the river and skating across. You definately get my vote Max.

You can wait untill it is christmas I wil ice skate cross but if it cracks I will skate untill i fall x

Maybe we could ride on the back of a Hiffogryph! Or maybe we could freeze it and skate across? Maybe we could drink the water, and walk across! What if we got the whale out of the Just So stories to take us across? Or, because Miss Ferris loves dolphins, we could swim on the backs of them?

I would get the dolphin and get to the other side but I might stay on the dolphin.

I love max’s idea by getting a girilla to make you jump over to the other side! Fantastic idea, love it!

What I would do is be like Snow White, and sing to make all the birds come flying to you, then they can carry you across to the other side of the river.

How to cross a river.

Snap a branch from a tree then do the same.Next gather some leaves and tye them up with the branches. Then Finealy find two long logs and a sharp stone and carve two paddles.then sail across the river.

I think all the schools ideas are fab, and I don’t think I can decide on the best one!

1.Become an angel and fly across. 2. Tie a rope to a golf ball and tie the other end to yourself. Next, get a golf club and hit the golf ball to the other side . Hopefully you will follow!
3.Buy a rocket, hold onto the middle and blast across.

I would climb trees and take the long branches off, i would get lots of long grass and weive it around all the long branches to make a long bridge, and float the bridge to the other side to get across.
